I had a great experience with Cole. I was stuck on the highway when my car completely shut down and he came and the first thing he asked me was if I was OK. After I told him that the car died he checked under the hood to see what the issue was and it ended up being loose battery cables. After tightening them I was on my way! I’ll give you 3 starts for the prompt arrival, but when u drop my car off at the wrong shop and when told by shop owner that you are dropping it off at the wrong property Mike gives key to mechanic and gets in his truck and leaves. So now mechanic has to push it from one property to correct property. Not cool!!
