This is what you guys did after towing my car. And the guy first told me they do the 10km free towing where he didn't told me about loading charge was 250$. Total scam

They towing my car in Tim Hortons, I was eating and went for a walk with my children. I have the proof for Tim that I buy food there So I thinking you have an hour to be there.

I can not describe the satisfaction! Extremely Happy. Considering the stress at the moment, the support received from the HTowing company, the driver Devin, was so impressive, he turned a bad day to a happy day and including the amazing service from the Hamilton Police, officer Harvey was a great safe assistance and pleasure to be with. They just find people to make money, people woth seniors, kids including disabled parked for a gane in Tim hortons parking lot which was empty and they charged people 500$ per vehicle. Just ripping of people.

Tow truck driver Brad was very helpful and professional. I didn't know where to take the van after an accident, Brad suggested the Htowing yard. Do yourself a favour; Don't let these people store your vehicle. Have it Brad tow it to wherever your insurance company tells you. Call the number on your pink insurance slip. The Htowing yard is an easy choice as you don't have to pay upfront... sometimes easy isn't the best option.

Good service on the first day, next day came and I was left at the crash center for over an hour waiting for him after being told multiple times that they would be there long before they actually got there, not at all prompt
