Extremely unprofessional experience. The individual was not punctual, failed to answer multiple phone calls, and ultimately never showed up as scheduled. No communication or courtesy follow-up was provided. I cannot recommend this service based on the lack of reliability and professionalism.
Warning!!!!! If you people are going to use this chomp , be careful. Make sure you have everything he says in writing. He will rob you blind!! Look around at our business before going with this fruit cake. Take it from me.

I’ve dealt with Rays towing twice now. They are always quick to respond to my calls and have helped me out of some really rough situations where other tow trucks told me it would cost over a 1000 to get the car to the shop I needed it at. 10/10 service. I wouldn’t call anyone else.
Helped unload a bulldozer off a stepdeck onto a tilt-n-load trailer and unloaded it onto the ground. Excellent, professional and very prompt! Wonderful to deal with, will most certainly use again when in the area and customer doesn't have a loading ramp.
horrible experience calling. answered "RAYS" i said hey how are you. he replied"RAYS" and i said hi is this rays towing? and he replied ya what do you want. what do you need. i get a little upset almost hanging up and say ok lets see his pricing.. ask him for an estimate for a tow and he cuts me off asking from where to where, i tell him, he gives me a super high price, competetitors offered me half price. i said no thanks and he then gets nicer in his tone and says oh ok well have a great day. no sir. you have a great day... enjoy this 1 thumb, maybe be a bit more pleasant man! and fair priced? BEWARE lol
