I got in a situation today at QEW. Towing guy helped me a-lot. His name is Gary D. He is such a nice soul. Help me to stay calm. Offered me all help. I was with my cousin. Took care of both of us. He also dropped us at home safely.. honestly, in this time, everybody mind their own business, but i think so he think about other and take care of them.
I was in an accident on the 403 and Gary D showed up. Very polite and professional and guided me through the whole process and very nice. Thanks Gary D
Absolutely fantastic towing service. My father had an accident due to health complications. The tow truck operator was friendly. Took great care of my father’s beloved pickup truck. The driver took his time to do things right during recovery as to not add extra damage with the surrounding signs and obstacles while winching the vehicle out of the ditch. Very professional service, I cannot recommend them enough! Upon pickup, the towing yard was very secure and clean and the front desk staff was lovely. Thanks again! If I could leave 10 stars, I would! Have a wonderful day.
If this company could get less than one star, I would give them less. They are incompetent in caring for a vehicle when in their yard. When I first spoke to the yard after trying to get ahold of them for almost 4 days straight. I had asked about the battery that was in my vehicle. I had mentioned to the driver when it was picked up. That there was a $2000 lithium battery in the back and to make sure it was shut off. And locked up.... After raising my concern I was told that the lady was the only one in that day and she could not confirm whether the vehicle had a battery that was charged or not... When I showed up to pick up my vehicle lobe hold the battery was dead.The ignition was clearly left on because the battery in my car certainly does not die over 2 weeks of being off. The yard lady was rude. Responded we've never had a problem. 2 tires were also flat after sitting for 2 weeks. Again these tires have been pumped and driving without losing pressure since April. Definatly feel like they messed with the car. Take caution when having your car towed to their yard or stored there.

Yesterday my husband & son were in a horrible accident, Ryan Bain from A Action was the tow truck driver who was on scene….He was soo amazing to deal with. He was compassionate, caring and over all just an amazing human. I can’t praise him enough! If your ever in need of a tow I would highly recommend A Action and ask for Ryan.
