I’ve been visiting this PitaPit for over a year, and I can honestly say the manager is exceptional. Her customer service is warm, attentive, and genuinely caring every single time, and she treats every customer with kindness and humility — a level of dedication that’s truly rare these days. The restaurant is always clean and welcoming, and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. Every visit feels special because of the care she puts into her work, and I’m so grateful for the wonderful experience she creates. Management should be extremely proud to have such a gem on their team.
the ladies who served me today around 1:30 were so kind and efficient. there was a bit of a line but one of the girls assured me that she would be right with me. they are professional and fast! thanks for a lovely lunch!
For $25 for a pita, soda, and a bag of chips you’d expect an excellent pita, NOT THE CASE! If you’re looking for a tiny portion size of tough, grizzly chicken and some brown lettuce this is your kinda place. The shrink-flation and extremely high price is just something we’ve come to expect lately but you’d expect them to maintain quality control. The “grilled” chicken came out cold and the cheese portion was tiny but I believe the worst part was the customer service. I was halfway through my pita and bag of chips when the foul smelling worker started shouting at me in broken English that the “pita pit” branded chips aren’t included in the chips and soda combo (not the end of the world but a sign or warning would be nice). He then told me that I had to give him back my half eaten bag of chips and take a prepackaged bag from the shelf (the same shelf with the pita pit chips). The whole interaction was extremely rude and after paying the extremely high price you’d expect a decent meal and decent service
Had a great experience at Pita Pit Waterdown yesterday. The food is always fresh, and the service is top-notch. I have to give a special shoutout to one of the staff members, a short girl with incredible energy and a friendly smile. She always goes above and beyond to make sure the order is perfect and her positive attitude brightens up the whole place. It's rare to find such great customer service these days. Highly recommend this spot for a quick, delicious, and healthy meal!
I visited this store first time in afternoon and never had this excellent experience before in anyother food outlet. Great customer service given by a small specs girl. Must visit Pitapit waterdown!! Keep up the amazing work.
New management needs to improve consistency of making the wraps. I bought a tuna wrap that managed to drip everywhere...and was bland tasting even though I asked for the same items as I've always done.
The staff were polite and patient with me and my sister when we were taking our time to order and asked about things like how much hot sauce, gluten free sensitivity, and even double checked to make sure they didn’t put any of the toppings wrong. Overall good experience.
