I love the hook and ladder sub. That’s my go to. App is nice for deals. Like how it’s the same every time . Lots of different fountain drink flavours I was shocked ?
I don't know what is happening but this is now the second time I had a bad experience with this location. Last week I ordered the turkey festive sandwich. There was no meat. It sucked. Today we ordered a smoke meat sandwich. It was like eating rubber. Absolutely horrendous. The girlfriend got a hat trick brisket; the bread was still doughy inside and the meat looked expired. She doesn't think the sandwich was even the brisket. That's how off and bad it was! Legit bad. This location is going downhill. Don't waste $40 on two sandwiches here. Go to another location.
I can only offer a 4/5. I used to buy subs weekly from the Brant Burlington location since they opened years ago - and after trying this location it's not the same. The bread seems to be over toasted half the time and too hard, the other half the time it's so so. Need to check why your bread is over baked and not as good.
Firehouse is above average and I prefer them over the other franchises. The food is good and they go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your food. They are pretty quick and there is seldom a wait. The owner is very friendly and has pride in his restaurant.
Went here recently for the 1st time and was really impressed with their meatball sub, I thought I already found my favorite meatball sub until I tried Firehouse's. The sub was packed with meatballs, the sauce was very flavorful and perfect not too bold not too light just right. The bun was super fresh, and the cheese melted with herbs sprinkled over top. The staff here was very friendly, the eating area was very neat, and clean. I'd definitely recommend this establishment if your a meatball sub fan, I look forward to going here again.
They restaurant is very clean and organized when you come in....easy to figure out what you want to order. The cashier was very helpful and knowledgeable. The subs are huge and so good...everything fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend well over Mr.Sub and Subway. Our new favorite place to eat...thank you
