This place is a little gem in a neighbourhood that could use more love and supports. The restaurant is clean and bright. The staff were so friendly. Stopped in when it was not busy and they talked about the history of the restaurant and the chain. You have to respect a business that can hold its own since the 1970s. Subs were tasty and the ingredients were fresh. Definitely on the list of places to grab a quick and reasonably priced meal.
This location has ALWAYS been stellar. The customer service is best ive ever had, store itself is sparkling clean...neighborhood is kinda sketchy. Mr Sub beats Subway by far!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Useless and slow staff. They take phone orders before people standing waiting in line. They cant seem to cash out their customers properly.. and they are so. so. so slow. I cannot say this enough.
Your standard Mr Sub, of course. What makes this one stand out however is the amazing guy that typically works late evenings. He is pretty great and pretty real all the time. I used to come here regular but moved. Came back a year or so later and while I was even still in the process of opening the door, this man had already started to make the sub that I used to always order. I wish I got his name long ago, now it just seems it is too late and awkward to ask.
Very terrible customer service. Was treated poorly by staff member working behind counter. Food sucks. I'd skip this location. Staff is very rude & seems to hate their job. I felt sick after eating here, had to miss work. Never again. Not even worth calling them to speak to manager. if the staff is that rude, I can't imagine management is kind. A customer shouldn't leave feeling embarrassed and belittled by staff. Maybe hire kinder people. I'm sure this hasn't been the first time.
