Always a fantastic experience at Mr. Sub Waterdown. Walking into a fast food chain recently has been like stepping into India but not here, you’re greeted by smiling white faces who will serve you the best sub you’ve had in years! The restaurant always has everything in stock and is extremely clean.
As the owner replied I feel it necessary to go ahead and update this. The initial review was left based on a subpar experience with a specific employee. We had reached out via email the same day and the situation was handled very professionally. I appreciate you looking into this and getting it dealt with. Given the actions taken following the complaint I am moving my review to 3*.
LOVE this particular sub shop, these guys always seem to care to do it right! subs are subs i guess kinda hard to mess it up but every time i have been to this location you can tell they care more then most
