I went here this morning to parts department and was sent to showroom as i was told Leo would be able to help with specific location of Shower Control Pieces i needed. I had brought parts with me and photos of shower wall control unit . Leo took the time to look things up online , make a phone call identify parts i needed and even showed me how one internal part screw had fallen off and was causing the problem mostly. Service quality like this is second to none in my opinion and he ordered a few minor parts which made my repair job and cost very cheap as opposed to buying a new replacement handle . I also finally got to order another replacement piece for our washroom custom toilet , tank cover which we have been trying to get for last 2 years with no luck. The showroom is quite impressive with lots of products and high quality fixtures galore ! Great service and knowledgeable and resourceful Assistance. Thank you Wolseley !
Owner has the most fragile ego I've ever seen. Parked out front because there's a promotion going on across the street and this guy lost his mind because I parked in the second parking space in front of his greasy storefront. Safe to say this is one place that doesn't need your money, avoid like the plague.
No Good management, always manager hiding himself behind employees and not solving problems . Good costume service comes from good management ! but not in this branch .This branch needs to have some change with employees and Managment, compare with other branches this branch NOT really good that’s why always are quiet and they are trying to keep this branch not that mach busy , for more convenient, some employees also are rude and they are trying to waste time even for any small orders, they will follow management that’s why. hopefully this branch manager doesn’t have any relationship or supported by head office in Burlington.??
don't recommend Wolseley at Dartnall rd their counter people are rude and unprofessional. Use Nash rd much better counter people and are a pleasure to deal with.
Very knowledgeable on the products they offer and work hard at getting what you are looking for. Not afraid to give an opinion if they feel you are making a bad choice. I will trust them with my next plumbing purchase.
Expensive. Good selection but most items are available in regular retail stores for much less. Don't dare try to make a return or else you will be charged restocking fee.
