Bought a shower head with rain shower and wand. Not even a year later and the wand does not switch between settings. I was assured that when I bought it that this was a "premier shower head and not the garbage they sell at home depot". When I went in with the shower head thinking they would fix or offer an exchange, the guy with the glasses behind the counter said I had to pay full price and their are no guarantees. He was the rudest customer service rep I've ever encountered. The fact that I paid over $800 for the unit goes to show the quality is terrible and I could have bought 4 Moen shower heads and easily returned them to home depot. A terrible experience!!
Unless you’re walking in there with at least $50,000 in your back pocket you will be ignored or just treated like dirt! They aren’t interested in helping out a diy guy or girl looking for a set of taps or a part.
Poor service, explains 3.5 rating. Went in asking about touch less or sensor kitchen faucets, rude guy with the cap and glasses response “Nope don’t have them and we don’t recommend them.” Ok do you have Moen faucets? “Nope”. The tone and demeanour put a sour taste in my experience. If you’re reading this, you’re in the customer service industry buddy, change your attitude. You have great product but your service is crap. Lost a sale from a local resident.
Anytime I show up to the parts counter Roy and team always seem to have the part in stock and also provide great advice. I recently purchased a Grohe shower cartridge for a DIY repair. Not sure if it was my installation or a defective part but in spite of it being "Final Sale" Roy exchanged the cartridge for a new one! Thanks Plumbing Centre!
As a contractor I used to purchase the shower stuffs for my clients in Home Depot with a higher price and low quality, but plumbing center provided me the same materials with a reasonable price, thanks guys for the great jobs you do….
The guys here are great, they know what they are talking about and will try to solve whatever plumbing issue you're having. I rather shop here than a big box store.
Bought A 10" rough in round PROFLO toilet from these guys & i was blown away of the flush power, looks nice, more compact, , easy assembly. Dealt with Chuck & Greg that spent time educating me on what toilet's best for me, & spent the time. I'm sure all the staff are just as good, I will be coming here again. Other places had bad customer service, cheap quality stuff.
