Not a regular client but was treated equally as important. Went in looking for older trim pieces for bathtub. Peter went out of his way to find the pieces and provide pricing. I honestly didn’t think I’d hear back but he called me same day and had the parts by the following day. We need more Peter’s in this world! Thanks guys!
Was just in looking for some pipe and fittings for a project at home, they had it all and the service was top shelf! I will be back in future when a couple other projects come due to be completed!
This is a plumbing wholesaler for trades people. If you are getting bad service it is because your 10 dollar part doesn't matter when there is a plumber having to wait behind you for a 5 thousand dollar order. If you are patient and go in with a smile they will treat you right. Just know this is not a home hardware, this is a plumbing supply house for the trades and they prefer to use purchase orders not cash. Minimum order is 50 dollars or your wasting their time.
Absolute worst customer service I've ever had to deal with in any business. The smaller, stocky lady with the short haircut was worse than rude to us before we even asked her what we were there for. We waited at the counter for her to finish up a phone call and once she was off, she looked at us, sternly waved and ignorantly belched "come on down here, I'm not yelling". Having been sent there by a family member who deals with them on a regular basis, I assumed the experience would be much different. With service that undoubtedly doesn't change with different clientele (especially after reading some of the other reviews), I cannot see why he would want to put any money into this company. With the uncertainty if she had given us the correct part, I wanted to make sure we could return if not used. The glare she gave me still stings while proceeding to angerily tell me that when paying cash, they don't do exchanges or returns; never heard that before?! And not sure why she assumed we were paying cash either. If I could give this place negative stars I would.
$50 minimum purchase?!?? We have spent well over $500 at your store before and when we needed one little item today you turned us away. Too bad, I guess we will be spending our money elsewhere from now on.
