Bought a pump and never ended up actually needing it. Wanted to return it as it was never taken out of the box to find out that they have a restocking fee which is silly because it literally sits in the front window that I could do it myself for them. I just ended up keeping the pump in the event that I will need it one day. I have a restocking fee is a joke because I only bought it in the event that I might need it and the store closes at 5 o’clock.
Against my Google review knowledge thought I would purchase piping there, morning staff have the look on their face " like I don't know you- what are doing buying something here". I like supporting local businesses but not jerks.
I was having a difficult time locating an 8” deep Kindred sink. I called Bardon and Rob stayed on the line with me until he’d located the correct sink. He sent me a picture and I was able to decide on the one I was looking for. He ordered it in from St Catharines and I picked it up less than 48 hours later. Thanks for the great service!!
First off worst experience in my life in this sad representation of a company. I walk into this store and the door made a beeping sound which is suppose to alert the service attendant that someone has entered their store. so I walk in. I look around and no one is there. I stand by the counter and wait for someone to come along...... I waited a good 8 minutes and still no one. i looked around and saw no security system which told me that well this place could get robbed and no one would be the wiser. Suddenly after almost 10 minutes someone else walks into the store. I then said to him it looks like no ones here I have been here for about 10 minutes. He replied no kidding. so he decided to walk to the back of the store and found someone. The associate then came out and i told him i had been waiting for about 10 minutes and he looked at me and with the most sarcastic voice said yeah right and called me a liar. I told him I was here before the second guy showed up and no one came outside. The associate then ignored my comment looked at the item I had brought in and before I could say anything, The associate said I know nothing about this item and proceeded to the next customer. without causing a scene and choosing to save my breathe I just left. Worst customer service. If I could give no stars I most definitely would. I don't think anyone should shop here or get any information. Pathetic service or lack there of.
Went in to buy a sewage pump kit which we told they had in stock over the phone. Asked the salesman about it and he stared at me like a deer in headlights. Gave him all the info for what i was looking for and he said, don't have and would have to wait for them to put in a complete order......so 2-4 weeks for it to come in. Called back and they were very rude and short on phone
I have to shake my head here. I just left this industrial supply company for 100' of 1 1/4" pvc pipe and fittings.. simple enough you'd think. But no. As I'm asking for fittings. You know, the unique couplings and 90's.. Oh we don't have that. We don't have that. We don't have. And he tried to offer 1 1/2" fittings?? Can't find the glue (that I took off of a shelf in the store) in the computer. Long story short. Won't be going there again. It took forever!. Just wanted to let any other small business owners out there like me to be mindful before wasting your valuable time here.
I was going in to buy a bathroom Fan, As I was waiting, I was getting the model no I want. I asked for pen, chriss had a pen but refuzed to let me use it to write down the no?!! So I wakled out, because they were not repectfull at all.
