Today I went to Emco Location here in Hamilton at 1660 Upper Ottawa I met at the show room beautiful young girl who escorted me to part section where I met Mr Nolan Speakman counter lead I showed him photo of the part I needed and he quickly found this part he told me $85 I was shocked then he said no it’s free for you I was so relieved very good gentleman and he helped me get other part for my sink I came out with smile worth the visit I did not know I will so much respected great job God bless him and thank you Emco

Kudos to the staff who diligently helped me find a resolution to a very old dishwasher supply problem. Their patience and expertise provided me with an ideal remedy. My experience did not start out well. We originally ordered 2 sets of wet walls through Jennifer That never followed up and kept saying next Friday it will be there. on another note, Nolan Took it upon himself to help me with my order and he did more than help. I got my order in less than 2 days! It's nice to Deal with someone that knows what they're doing. Nolan is a gentleman and a scholar. If it was up to me, I would give him a promotion. That's the kind of guy that you want, overseeing and taking care of business. If it was not for him I would have gotten a refund and took my business somewhere else.
