Ordered $50 bucks for a party pizza and it was garbage!! Cold !! It took 90 minutes and the cheese it up I mean come on put cheese on it. Ordered bacon... you couldnt tell! Dreadful ! 34 Wilson Street is NOT representing ginos at all. Avoid them. I called to complain and they wouldnt drive me a new one. Offered 15 off my next order. This generations service blows !
The customer service is not the greatest . I had to call for delayed order, it was just a courteous call to check if there is any problem with my Uber eat app, which delayed my order for 30 minutes over the expected time. whoever talked to me was impatient and can tell how agitated was over the phone.
Stopped at this location for quick slice of pizza on our way.. The pizza was fresh and it was only $4 for pretty good size slice. Pizza was very good.
Now I know there are a lot of different pizza places in Canada claiming to be the best, but I’ve got to give it up to Gino’s Pizza. I got a $5 slice and it was huge—big enough that I was able to split it between me and my wife. The veggies were nice and crispy, and the whole pizza wasn’t soggy like veggie pizzas usually are. You’d think it was cooked in a brick oven with how toasted and flaky the crust was. The banana peppers had a nice zang to them with just the right hint of spice—absolutely perfect. Now, I can’t say I’m a huge fan of the dipping sauces, but honestly, the pizza was amazing all by itself. We also had a great server—super cool, welcoming, and really inviting. I’m from New York, so pizza is important to me. And while I love Antonino’s here in Canada, this place takes the gold. Thank you, Gino’s, for the great pizza and the great experience. Five stars all day.
Topping choices and flavors were great but the crust and sauce are so bland! The crust is like dry cardboard and the sauce has no flavor at all. Unfortunate because the service and delivery were excellent!
Ordered from Gino’s Pizza and had a really bad experience. The pizza was drenched in sauce—way too much, it ruined the whole thing. I called to let them know and the person on the phone was rude and dismissive. He didn’t even try to listen or resolve the issue, just said there’s nothing they can do. Most places care about customer satisfaction, but not this one. Worst pizza and customer service I’ve had. Definitely not ordering from here again.
I take a lot of pride in being a local guide level 5 and have tried many restaurants around the globe to earn that title. At first glance, Gino’s seems like a run of mill pizza franchise…that was until I ordered from this specific location. The pizza here was so deliciously made, ingredients fresh, and the customer service was impeccable. You really get the feeling that this location is operated as a family run business and not another soulless corporation. Hats off to the team that make every pizza with love and care and provide an experience like no other!
