Andy was a big help for this novice painter today. He was patient and had no problem showing all options with me. We conpared paint colors to photos of my actual furniture and room settings. I would recommend this place over any others I looked at today! Much appreciated thank you again.
Stopped by Halson Decor paint, I was looking for paint advise. When I arrived, a lovely lady named Karen came over and started helping me. Right in the middle of our conversation, a VERY IGNORANT man, I assume owner or manager interupted our conversation. He told Karen to deal with a man that came in after me. I guess his money was better then mine! I will NEVER enter that store again!!!
If you are looking for the best customer experience you need to visit this location. I am having the exterior of my home painted and was feeling really nervous about choosing the right colours. I went in last week and Mickey spent time going thru options even provided me large paint chips to go home and put up to see the colours in all lights. I went back today and Claire was just as helpful. Claire never rushed me provided me with more options and was really excited about the colours I chose. I drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to this location and it’s not the paint chips I can get them anywhere it’s the amazing customer service. Thank you Mickey and Claire!!
Dana and Carrie are gems. So rare to be able to deal with true pros who know the paint works inside out. Residential customers.. you will not be led astray by their guidance and expertise in all things paint. Pros, come here to be treated how we like to be treated. If all Benny moores were like this I’d never use any other paint.
