Had such an amazing experience with colour matching. The employees were patient and worked on the colour matching to perfection. It was spot on and they were kind throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this store.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the store was clean and well maintained. Good value for the quality of product, especially during their paint sales.
Needed denatured alcohol for some shelac. For some reason it's available anywhere in the US ( Home Depot, Lowe's Ace), but this is the first place I've found it in Canada. Mineral spirits makes my shellac gummy. Denatured alcohol dries quick and it's good for atleast 6+months.
My last experience in this store was excellent. Robin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, answering all my questions and pointing me to the right products. Very pleased.
The staff at the Waterdown store knows their stuff. Tinted primer and even changing the base for the colour to help with less coats. They also remember who I am and what I had painted in the past. Besides the Sherwin Williams primer is the best I have used and the paint is to quality as well.
It was my first visit to this store and my first time painting. The sales associate was very friendly and very helpful. I went in with a colour in mind, she recommended one shade lighter due to the size of the room and no natural light. She was right, the other colour would have been too dark. I completed my first painting job and it looks amazing.
As a first time home renovator, the service I received was great. The sales rep took the time to really explain to me the difference between the paints, how to pick how much to order, how to test it out, etc. Plus the colours are FANTASTIC!
