I’m not sure if the store hasn’t updated their hours in a while, but when I went to visit at 3:07pm I was shocked to see a “Back at 4pm” note on the door when the store closes at 5pm. I understand that everyone is entitled to a break but closing for an hour (or maybe over an hour) only 2 hours before the end of the business day was shocking! Please update your business hours!
Paid them to match a paint colour that match did not match at all. They tried to fix the colour and made it worse. Refunds are not allowed. Wasted $200 to not get they say the provide
Great people, great products, so helpful. They recommended painters that were great, had Attica install our carpets, super happy with the whole experience. The installer was great, professional, and Mike from Africa came by a few times to make sure things were good and we were happy. Great experience. Highly recommended.
Terrible experience from the moment I called them. They somehow managed to delay my kitchen process by about 1 month. I highly recommend choosing another store when purchasing your paint.
Amazing store with extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. Always willing to answer any questions and freely offer sound advice. The prices are fair considering their products are only high quality and you do get what you pay for. BTW as a health care professional I can attest that his store has done a very good job with following COVID precautions.
High prices, rarely join the sales or at least promote the sales of the other stores that offer Benjamin Moore products. Customer service doesnt seem to be a priority here either. We were told by someone about a promotion they have. After the amount of paint that we had purchased at this location they never told us about the promotion, nor were we given anything when we came in asking to be given a credit from our previous purchases toward said promotion. Will never shop here again
Was shocked today that I couldn't return an unopened can of primer and receive a credit on my credit card without my original receipt. They offered a store credit but I won't be needing paint for many months. Very disappointed.
