The associate at the Centre Mall in Hamilton made choosing a colour and appropriate type of paint for my application seem simple with so many options available. I intend to return for more products to complete my project.
When I visited the store had no stock of eggshell paint and the quantity of paint chips is very limited vs other stores. The staff was more than professional and polite, but the store not being stocked and having limited options in colours is unfortunate.
Recently over the past few months there has been an epic drop off in overall paint quality and service at Sherwin. Since transferring and moving a lot of key people service has been questionable at best. Was hoping the new, energetic manager, I think her name is Shannon, would be the one turn it around. However, that has not been the case. It seems each time I come/call to the store or if my painters buy paint, we get met with rudeness or shortness of attitude. Unfortunately the product is what we use and it has not been even close to up to standards.
I had a great experience here the other day! I came in looking for mis-tints for a small project. The guy who helped me was friendly and helpful. He even shook up the cans again for me.
I'm gonna go to the dog park now and I have three more questions than answers already going home now so far away from the creek is still frozen so I can cross it.
Updated review. This store has some solid new management that truly care about your project needs. They go out of their way to make sure they can provide you the correct product for each situation.
