The woman working there on New Years Eve (sorry I missed her name!) was exceptionally helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and a kind person. She helped us pick a colour for our basement, gently guiding us while keeping our own preferences in mind. She did not push the expensive products - she recommended certain products to suite our needs and helped us make the right choice. She was really great! We will keep going back as we complete our project.
The staff are specialists at what they do and have a complete understanding of it. The service you receive is nothing like the service you get at the big stores. They also keep a record of your purchases for your record; you can come back years later and they will have your history and are able to match even custom colors for you.
