Beautiful arrangement sent to my mom For her birthday. It was a bit pricey, but was relative to all other prices I compared. The arrangement was full, fragrant, and absolutely gorgeous. Ordering online was quick and easy, with confirmation of order and delivery emailed promptly. Would recommend.
The flowers are absolutely beautiful - and the team is so friendly! One of the flower types wasn’t available, so they called to confirm if it was ok to substitute with another flower type (with a great recommendation, too). And final arrangement is stunning!
Pretty good place, but only downside is if you’re buying flowers for an event like a wedding and bridal shower and you need the flowers for the weekend, you won’t get them the day of because they are closed.
Floral arrangement ordered was Spring Surprise-Premium, but arrangement delivered looked nothing like picture online of Spring Surprise. Vase was filled with cheap florist greens and lacked roses, mini gerber daisies and alstroemeria as shown on Westdale’s website. This was my first purchase from Westdale and I was charged an extra $9.99+HST as “service charge”. I will never buy from them again.
The flower arrangement was quite lovely and it arrived perfectly on time. The gal who received them had recently lost her oldest sister who used to honor her on her birthday - so as a friend I have slipped into that role and these pretty flowers were a sweet reminder of lovelier times. So pretty flowers to soothe a bruised heart. Thank you for getting them there on time and they were very pretty and fresh looking.

I too had horrible seeing for Mothers Day flowers. I was guaranteed to have them by 11 am instead they arrived at 3:30 pm when my mother had left already. Flowers died a few days later. Very disappointed as I was excited to order from here after reading from the good reviews I had read.
Awful. I ordered Mothers Day flowers. They look nothing like the photo and I ordered the deluxe. They didnt even add a bow. It looks terrible. Will never order from here ever again

VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE WESTDALE FLORISTS HAVE GIVEN, I HAVE ORDERED TWICE NOW FOR DELIVERY, ALMOST A YEAR APART, THE SECOND TIME I ORDERED THEY STILL HAVE MY INFO SO IT WAS MUCH EASIER TO PROCESS AND NO COMPLICATIONS WITH THE DELIVERY.
