I just had to take a moment to shout out Gather on James Street North in Hamilton. Their communication is absolutely top-notch, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers—not just the ones ordering the flowers, but the people receiving them too. Today, we found out our daughter wouldn’t be home on her birthday to receive the flowers we had arranged, so we reached out to Gather to see if it was even possible to change the delivery location. We’re still waiting to see if it works out, but honestly, just the fact that they’re trying—in a world where so much is automated and impersonal—means the world to us. It’s rare to find a business that goes above and beyond the way Gather does. Their customer service alone has turned us into lifelong fans.

Gather Floral & Events exceeded my expectations! It was the first time ordering from them for a pick-up order for my mother-in-laws Birthday & the arrangement was BEYOND gorgeous. Plus the women working there are so friendly and nice and even when I mentioned just 1 tiny flower stem that looked like it was not doing the best, they immediately went over and replaced it within an instant, and with the sincerest smile on their face. I am definitely going to come back here even though its over an hour away from me — its 100% worth it for the service and the unbelievably stunning flowers and arrangements they make!
Kate and the Gather Team are absolutely incredible! They truly made my vision come to life for my bridal shower with the most beautiful arrangements and set up.
