Visited December 16th to purchase a $400 memorial bouquet for a funeral for today, December 18th. Verified with the funeral home and the attendant paid the bill and assumed everything would be fine. Get a message from our friend who said he saw nothing regarding any flowers from myself and my colleagues that pooled money to get them a bouquet for his mother who sadly passed. Not at all happy as the attendant at Gene's was basically putting me off saying yeah it will get done. Well thanks for nothing! I was recommended to go there and will never set foot in that shop again.
What a great team of florists. We placed an order and arrived within 30 to 45 mins of ordering it and they had already put together the most beautiful Christmas arrangement. It was absolutely gorgeous and creative. I loved how they used the wire and floral tape and incorporated the candy canes into the Chris greenery. It was for a retirement gift and the person loved it as well. I highly recommend this flourist.
Jeans flowers did the most incredible flowers for my wedding. As s soon as we walked in we were greeted and given a wedding consult they were very thorough, and accommodating to all our needs the prices were amazing and the day of the flowers were beyond expectations! Thank you Jean's Flower Shop!
I used Jean's Flower Shop for my wedding (October 2025) and couldn't be happier with the experience - I definitely reccomend them and I'll be coming back for future floral needs! Cathy was absolutely amazing to work with - right from the first call. She is warm, friendly, helpful, and responsive. I went into the store for their Bridal showcase and got to work with Cathy in person! She understood my "wild looking" bouquet to be with mostly greenery and a few roses. Cathy suggested having pink roses for bridesmaids bouquets, groomsmen boutonnieres, and corsages and using white roses for me and my husband to pop. I loved how it looked - even better than my vision! I loved getting a sneak peek as well! The flowers were delivered in the specified time frame, corsages, boutonnieres and bouquets were clearly marked with names of recipients and instructions were provided as to what time to take flowers out of their invididual packages. The pricing was great and I loved there was no minimum spend or service. And delivery to our local venue was included. Thank you Cathy & team!

Far and away the worst experience I've ever had for customer service, and even common sense. On Valentine's Day, there's a lineup nearly out the door, and for some reason, there's a single line for people ordering on the spot, people who have pre-ordered and need to pay, and people who have pre-ordered and have ALREADY paid, and should just be able to grab their purchase on a busy day and leave. Waited ~15 min in line with an Uber waiting outside as I would assume I could quickly pick up the order I made days ahead of time. Would never frequent this store again and I advise others to look elsewhere too.
