This was my first time ordering from Russell's Flower Shop, and I was not disappointed. Everything went very smoothly, from ordering to delivery. The staff were very friendly and kept in touch throughout the entire process, both before and after delivery, to make sure everything was okay! The order arrived at the time I specified and was beautifully packaged. The flowers were stunning and the packaging was fantastic. It was also a nice touch that the flowers were delivered in a large glass vase with water. The delivery was incredibly accurate. I live outside of Canada and was able to send beautiful flowers to my friend on her birthday. The whole experience was truly wonderful! Thank you very much.

They had to come to the hospital on a sat to track down the flowers I got her that they dropped off on Friday afternoon but she never received them they went overboard to track them down and handed them to her himself to make sure she got them thank again for your help
First Time visiting Russell's Flower Shop. Purchased a Fresh Bunch of Flowers for Family Members Birthday. The Service was fantastic and Lady working did a Wonderful job on the Flower choice and presentation. Will definitely be returning. Highly recommend.
We ordered our wedding florals from Russell's and they were beautiful! We had 6 bouquets, 7 boutonnieres and some single roses. Everything was delivered on time and was great quality!

I ordered flowers over the phone to be delivered to my friend's house in Hamilton. I wanted a specific note to be included as well as a price range to keep in mind. When I first called, the lady who I spoke to was absolutely delightful, she was so kind, accommodating and helpful. The flowers were in perfect condition, delivered on time and included the note. My friend couldn't have been happier and I'm so impressed! Thanks so much!! If I lived in Hamilton this would be my go to place.
