I ordered a $60 arrangement for a dying friend with terminal cancer and asked for pink and purple flowers. This arrangement was sloppy, there are only 4 pink and purple flowers. I could have chosen a better arrangement anywhere else and I chose this place thinking I could support local. I hope others see this feedback and go elsewhere. Save your money and time.
Ordered over 1000 dollars of flowers for our family. They incorrectly spelled the name of one my family members on their ribbon. When I called to report they laughed at it. Laughing at someone during such hard a time shows zero empathy. They offered no solution or credit rather they insisted they ribbons were not charged to us. I would never recommend this flower shop to someone in mourning and I will be passing my experience to the funeral home who recommend them.
I can’t say enough about the quality of their floral arrangements. They are consistently stunning! Flowers easily outlast any other Hamilton florist’s and they are always so beautiful! Also, the gentleman that delivers is so friendly. They are my go-to florist in Hamilton 100% of the time, and whenever I receive flowers, my friends and family use them as well!
I sent a "Just Because" arrangement to close friends who are going through some difficult times and the comment I got was "Stunning". After seeing a picture of the creation, I couldn't agree more.
If you want dried wilted garbage delivered to an empty house, because they were over two hours late on the delivery, this is the place to go. What a waste of money.
I ordered funeral flowers last week and asked for something a bit more modern. They were beyond my expectations! Amazing as always. I can’t say enough about this florist. I have been using them for over 10 years and the quality, creativity and value is the best!!!
I wish I could share pictures. I paid over $100 for an arrangement that looks nothing like the photo on the website. I could have shoved long stem items in a vase as well or better than they did. The picture a nice full arrangement right to the rim of the vase. What I got is long stemmed pieces that are sparse with greenery pieces hanging out. Absolutely terrible.
