My wedding was in July 2018 and my whole experience with Jeans Flower Shop was great. I worked with Jennifer W. who took the time to meet with me a couple of times to ensure that we were on the same page and was very patient when I changed my mind a couple of times. When the flowers arrived on my wedding day I was blown away by how beautiful the arrangements looked and I wish I could have kept my bouquet forever! Would recommend!
Jeans always has beautiful fresh cut flowers, baskets and bouquets ready to purchase if your in a jam. Custom bouquets are just so creative and breathtaking. Ive used them to supply many funerals in my family as well as a wedding and a shower. They do run a bit higher in price but these people are flower professionals so its worth every dime. They didnt get an order exact once and the blew me away with how they made up for it. I trust that whatever I use them for they will pull through. Than you for all your hard work and effort.
Elaine took my order later in the afternoon and did her best to get the flowers delivered that same day. Impressive and very sweet on the phone!
Personally, I don't trust the "as shown" , "better" and "best" options when ordering online. I ordered a flower arrangement and chose the "best" option and it looked worse than the "as shown" option when I received it. I called the shop immediately and spoke with Debbie. She was very helpful and understanding. She had a new arrangement delivered promptly. This has been my only issue, every other arrangement or bouquet that I have purchased has been stunning.
Ordered months ago and just accidentally ordered online here a second time. Same result. Late. Why ask if it's a business if you didn't intend to deliver during business hours either way?
