They are always friendly here. I’ve never had an issue with their customer service. Their menu is also various and tasty. Love their fall drink collection.
I visited during the busy holiday season and was impressed by the quick service and friendly staff. They have a nice assortment of coffees, teas, baked goods and sandwiches.
Decent service, attentive staff, and easily the best hot chocolate from any chain. Starbucks, Tims cannot handle a candle to Second Cup. I really wish there were more locations here in Hamilton! Their smoothies are also good too and they even put protein powder in one of the smoothies making it a good healthy choice. Their pasteries are also pretty good too and they have ones that no other cafe chain has as well, such as naniamo bars for example. Their location is central and right in the middle of the 1st floor, making it a convenient place to grab a drink and a bite before going and browsing and shopping around the rest of the mall.
Came here for a frocho. Staff was fantastic and service was great. The stand out was the small blonde with the tattoos and glasses. She was nothing but sweet and smiles and made sure she got my order down correctly. I was very happy! I will definitely come back again.
What can I say, it's a coffee place that at least gets coffee orders right unlike Tim Hortons lol. Staff were super nice, quick and correct coffee transaction, just how I prefer it.
We ordered a Lavender Cold Foam Matcha & Vanilla Bean Cold Flash, both drinks were incredible and very rich in flavour! The service was friendly and quick, we will definitely be back!
Nice and friendly staff every time we go. It is located in the center of the mall. You can tske a break from shopping and sit and enjoy your favorite coffee or other drinks.
