I’ve placed orders here through Uber Eats, but I have the best experiences when I come to pick up my order in person. This space is bright, the staff is incredibly kind and I love the coffee, food and treats! Concession Street needs more coffee shops like this!
First time here and I will be back. Great gluten-free options, lovely and bright, clean super friendly staff at the incline coffee company and the adjacent and sister. Restaurants are equally welcoming! Bright and delicious options for gluten-free diet. Spread the word you’ll be thanked.
Gave this place a number of chances but this place continues to disappoint. Iced coffee was like drinking water. Pastries usually stale. Had their banana chocolate chip muffin and it was hard and dense. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this place anymore
Horrible food. Tiny portions. Used to be so much better and this was one of my go to spots. Quality is so bad now it's no longer enjoyable plus unreasonable
I spent over $50 for delivery and look at the portions..... Lol. What a waste of money. Tater tots are barely cooked too.... Love supporting local businesses, but NEVER SUPPORTING THIS ONE AGAIN.
Overall concept of the space is interesting. The premade drip coffee lacks any flavour. Staff was pleasant enough. Espresso machine is consistently out of service. May be up and running since last visit.
*Bumped up my rating due to owner's response re: us likely getting the wrong menu item. Makes sense! Original review: Decided to check this place out to get out of our coffee rut. The coffees were great. However, my bf opted for the "traditional breakfast," listed on the menu as what you'd expect: bacon, eggs, hashbrowns. What he got: tater tots, eggs, and bacon pieces -- mixed together!? -- with cheddar cheese and swimming in ranch dressing. Not at all what the menu describes. It really bummed me out because he's really grossed out by any dairy and so was only able to eat a bite or 2. Also wouldn't let me take a picture because he was so mortified. I hope the owners change the menu so it says "A take on the traditional breakfast" and actually say what's in it. Also the only item listed as vegan wasn't actually vegan? I'm lost...
