The Tim Hortons mobile app is very handy. Jenny's service at Lime Ridge Mall adds greatly to the customer experience. Jenny is always very pleasant and efficient. I enjoy sharing morning smiles ?.
These ladies are absolutely incredible! Never have I ever left unsatisfied, quick and correct when it comes to orders. Only complaint i have is about the app, its been updated recently and doesn't reflect items that is in store. Such as herb and garlic cream cheese, which is tedious when you aren't able to order online.
Went there after shopping, was not in the Greatest mood, it was around 6 pm. Came to get an ice cap and a boston cream. Line was going fast. This one girl really stand out, she took my order with a big smile, asked me how my day was going, she was talking with me and doing many things at once, not making any mistakes on my order. Excellent, customer service. Made my day better, I heard someone call her name, ( carrie) not sure if that is her name but she's short and black and Grey hair, and glasses. Best tim hortons. Everyone was working so hard. Great job guys, keep it up.
This locations makes the best iced Capps in Hamilton, so I’ve been told by my daughter. Jenny is a star employee there! She is always cheery and bright every morning. I don’t even think she realizes the warmth she brings to every interaction. Jenny makes it feel more personalized than any other experience at other locations.
