Came in here while I stopped to get gas. Drive thru was empty, nobody else in line. I had to stand there for 6 minutes calling to the people talking in the back asking if anyone was there. Finally someone left the conversation and served me. Never coming here again, terrible service.
Denny the assistant manager was a bit upset when I brought my service dog into the store. He swore at me and refused service but apologized once he understood the situation and admitted he was mistaken we shook hands and came to a mutual understanding. At first I was extremely upset but, once we spoke more we both realized why there was confusion. At the end I am happy we resolved our differences but unfortunately, I was not interested in purchasing anything after that.
Incredibly terrible customer service. Mobile ordered before I got gas. Filled my tank and came in.. no order.. 4 more customers placed orders, received items and left and my order isn’t even started. I inquire about why and I get nothing but terrible attitude. Clearly zero customer service skills. My hot latte comes and it’s made with cold milk… ask for a replacement. 5 more min before I get that and it’s missing the gingerbread syrup. Like come on! Never go to this shop again!
Just have to take a minute to give credit where it’s due, because normally I hate that this Tim Hortons usually has nothing that the regular Tim’s have as of product they offer, & can be quite annoying but Johnathan who works the drive through during the day, is the absolute sweetest & has AMAZING customer service skills! Keeps people coming back just for the nice & quick service!!!
New older lady with the grey hair is horrible. She had an attitude problem and I still gave a tip and she didn’t even say thank you or even acknowledge me.
Unprofessional staff placed order twice still didn’t get what I wanted ,staff wasn’t apologetic at all ,instead of correcting my order and redo , they offer directly for refund very very disappointed they raised the price but staff they should work on it
One of very few tim Hortons that get it right, every time! Drivethrough, walk in or ordering online, ive never been disappointed with a drink or food from here.
