I had such a great experience at this Tim Hortons! The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and quick to serve with a smile. The service is fast and efficient, even during busy hours, and my order is always fresh and exactly how I like it. It’s clear that the team here really cares about their customers. Thank you for making every visit such a pleasant one!
There's always a long lineup at this location. The service is slow all around from waiting in line to ordering then waiting on your order. I've even watched the workers closely at times they don't even try to work in any kind of speedy way. I haven't had am issue with the food & drinks I've ordered, although I feel I should add not yet anyways.
They have changed the hours of this Tim Hortons. It is mind-boggling. Starting at 9 AM every day there are long lineups that wait for 60 minutes for this Tim Hortons to open. There is no reason that they should not be open at 9 AM. The staff is also quite gruff and seem annoyed that people are lined up and waiting.
Had the best strawberry cream chill and chicken bacon ranch wraps in the whole tim hortons life. It was time consuming but they made the drink and the food that meet quality and perfect. Definitely choosing this whenever i am going to Mall again
Today used the drive-thru ordered a lrg coffee with a carrot walnut muffin.. Left with the right coffer and found a chocolate dip donut that was stale like a 2 day old beget. Took forever to get it to me by the time I was at the window service was brutally ?bad. Check your bag before you leave. You need to do quality control on your order.
Huge lineup, long wait, and they don’t really pay attention to customers needs even lid of the coffee is not closed properly so I spilled out all over!
They really need more than 1 Register open. Considering it is now the only Tim Hortons in the mall, it always has a huge lineup. I go on my 15 minute breaks and always spend 15+ minutes in line.
