Ordered through uber eats. Did not receive items in our orders. Food was decent. Probably will only order pick up to make sure all items are in the order.
Was in the mood to try more Chinese Restaurants in Hamilton. Service and food was fast. Was ready in 10 minutes. Overall I enjoyed the meal. The prices are reasonable if you're looking to spend around Ten-ish dollars and get some good portions for lunch or dinner.
General Tao chicken was bitter. Likely from the oil that got used way too many times. The sauce is separate from the chicken. The mixed veggies were 5/10. Not enough flavour and soggy.
Great value ! They toss it in a wok and dont use uncle bens ! Authentic Canadian / Us style chinese. Delivery is super fast. The singapore noodles are majic. I am not kidding.. take 2 full serves of noodles out and put the lid back on ... and it just keeps replenishing ! .... magic noodles ... Ps Frazer D . Your are incorrect. In my humble opinion. And you are entitled to yours. We just have a differing of opinions. I find it the very kind of "chinese flavours " you should expect from a small local business. Glad to see they survived lockdown rules as i know many local food places did not. Thanks great wall. I appreciate you. My dinner was delicious as usual!
I like the separate dishes more than their combos except the curry and chicken combo which is excellent. ** don't use the order online button if you are picking it up. The button is a rip off with prices 30% higher than the store menu ***
Won't be ordering from here again, this is the third time I've ordered a chicken dish and it has tasted off/old. With sour/vinegar tasting sauces...The rice never tastes fresh either. Called in to let them know some feedback and was rudely shouted at 'to go somewhere else then'.? Just wanted to let people know that it's hit and miss with the food standard and quality. Will continue togo to Pagoda for my proper Chinese food! :)
Ordered from here for the first time last night. We had beef broccoli, beef chow mein, chicken soo guy, butterfly shrimp, wonton soup and got some free chicken wings with our meal! Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted great! The only thing I didn’t completely enjoy was the beef broccoli. Too much garlic for me, as I’d rather oyster or black bean sauce...just my preference though. The wonton dry noodles are homemade, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The prices are great too! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back! ?
