Tried China Kiki for the first time and I’ll definitely be coming back. I wasn’t sure what to get, but the girl at the counter recommended the chilli chicken—and it turned out to be a great choice. Super flavorful with just the right kick. I also got the noodles, and they were tasty too—not greasy, just well-cooked and satisfying. Really happy with the food and the service. Looking forward to trying more from the menu next time
My new go to place. I always get the shanghai noodles and szechuan beef. Staff is friendly and the food is always fresh and delicious. Portion sizes are also very good for what you pay.
Worst Chinese in the city in my opinion first off I told the lady I was paying debit the driver gets here and has to go back and get the machine which I was told would take 5 min and so I waited outside my building for him to come back only to be waiting 20 mins and then it finally got here and it was cold and tasted very bland and my honey wonton chips were already sauced so they were soggy and the broccoli was hard will NEVER be ordering from here again do not waste your money here
I have ordered from here for years! Now living out of Hamilton I come for New Years dinner for the family. This year I hadn’t pre ordered. Sadly after driving into Hamilton I realized I had made a big mistake. Once getting the restaurant and seeing the huge list my heart sank. Most restaurants aren’t taking any orders by this time. Well, the consideration and customer service of this restaurant is amazing! We worked on a menu that would make it possible for me to bring home dinner for the family and not interrupt the existing orders! Win win win!! Super happy that we get our fave Chinese food and super happy to see that impeccable customer service still exists, even on the busiest day of the year! Thank you! I will be back for sure
We used to buy from them all the time when they were in the mall and had the Buffet. We decided to have chinese food take out for my sons birthday and I immediately thought why not give them a try. They had the best prices as well for the bigger dinner for 5 option. Boy am I glad we did. Everyone loved it! There was plenty of food and it was so fresh and tasty. I never get chicken balls anymore because they are always so bready but these one were mostly chicken. We really enjoyed it and my husband said looks ike we'll be ordering more chinese take out now!
Ordered party trays for work and it was the best decision great customer service. I told the lady what our budget was and they helped us pick the best things which fit our budget and was enough for everyone. Highly recommend china kiki for the quality and quantity for the price. Great girl at the front if you tell her how many people we have and our budget they help you. Everything is good but my most favourite from china kiki is cheese Rangoon
Service was rude (turned up at 6:30pm for 6:30pm pick up) and shouted at as I entered by an employee that only two are allowed in at a time. Now I get the COVID protocols and accept that BUT there were three customers inside as I turned and left. This left me with no way of communicating that I was there to pick up the order. Or did it? I called the number was answered and told to please hold! Before being taken off hold two customers had left so I switch of my call and entered at 7:40. I got my order paid for it and was leaving as the employee picked up the phone to speak to a caller on hold - there was no caller as that would have been me! I am stating all this so that you can partially understand my low rating - the staff are clearly overwhelmed and unable to handle all of the necessary responsibilities - they need help in terms of additional resources or an improved ordering system. All of the above would be OK if the food was at least on par with expectations. It was not. I do not recommend eating from this establishment. We had three different main courses and one starter and none of us enjoyed any of them (Beef, Shrimp and Vegetarian dishes). The Chicken Wings starter was the worst my daughter has ever had.
