I’m leaving this review because it’s rare to find a shop that’s actually honest and takes the time to help you understand what’s going on. Sengs Auto was amazing. The owner, Boramy, was patient and spent extra time walking me through everything. He didn’t pressure me, didn’t try to sell me on stuff I didn’t need, and clearly explained what was a “need” vs a “want” and what could wait. Hearing a mechanic say “you can do it now or wait a couple months” is honestly rare, and it built trust immediately. Huge shoutout to the front desk as well. I think her name was Anita. She was so helpful, squeezed us in, kept us updated, and explained what was happening at each step. It made the whole experience way less stressful. We came in dealing with suspension issues, plus an oil change and concerns around brakes. Suspension and brakes are the big scary ones, and they treated it with care and honesty from start to finish. A mechanic is a lot like a doctor. You don’t go until you really need to, and when you do, you want the right person. This is the right shop. Highly recommend Sengs Auto.

I have been going to Seng’s Auto for a number of years and so has my family and we have always received excellent service at fair prices. Just before leaving town to drive 6 hours to visit my dad in Montreal for the weekend, my car broke down and I was out of luck getting it to a dealership. I got a recommendation to take my car to Seng's Auto to get it serviced because I was told they provide fast service. I brought my car in Friday morning and the repairs were done by the end of the day! They knew I needed to get to Montreal the next day and they came through! Highly recommend this team of expert mechanics at Seng's Auto. They take care of customers first!
