Hector repaired a large dent and scrape to my 2020 Camry XSE passenger side above the wheel well. Paint color is Celestial Silver. After repair car looked like it did in the showroom when I got it. You could not tell where the damage was. The paint blended in so you could not tell where it was, paint color was perfect match. Car was completed on time when promised. price was good. Carfix is by far the best place I have ever taken my car. My car came out looking even better then I expected, the price was right and they even cleaned my car inside and out! They we’re very friendly and made me feel welcome. I will definitely be recommending carfix to my friends and family.
Not happy with the outcome,I hilighted a few areas that I wanted him to give attention too.When my vehicle wan’t ready on time, I went to pick it up so they washed it nice and only blew the drivers seat so I could drive it home. I spent the entire evening cleaning the interior of their mess.Further to this they only fixed my hilighted areas and failed to paint the entire door.This not what I agreed to.Hector offered no resolution .
