Very disappointed with this auto shop. They charged me $200 just to turn off my engine light, which is way too expensive for something that simple. They didn’t even take the time to explain what the problem was or why it cost that much. It feels like they only care about money, not their customers. I won’t be coming back here, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
I was there for my first time today which was highly recommended by work colleagues. They were very friendly and professional. I stopped by without any notice and although they were busy, they were able to get my work vehicle in, repaired, and back out in a very respectable time. I'll definitely go back and will also recommend them to friends.
We are an older couple from windsor that needed directions, we needed to write a review to say everyone that works here is so lovely and polite and even printed us directions. If you’re ever in need of auto or tire services you’ll have made the right choice coming here.
If you're someone who values clear communication and a bit of personal attention when dealing with car issues, this shop might not be the best fit. The staff and mechanics are clearly busy, and you may find yourself waiting at the reception without much interaction or guidance. It can be a challenge to get someone to listen carefully to your concerns before the work begins. Additionally, if something doesn’t feel quite right after the repair, getting a timely follow-up appointment can be frustratingly difficult. In some cases, you may end up needing to address the issue elsewhere. That said, they do get the work done, but the overall customer service experience could definitely use improvement.
We have a lot of vehicles in our household and often need tire service. I decided to try this place because it's closer than my usual shop. In the late fall, I dropped off brand new tires to be mounted on my summer wheels (wanted to be ready to go in the spring). They charged 50% more than my usual shop does but it was fine. I picked up the wheels and stored them in my garage over the winter. When I went to install them just now, I noticed one of the tires had lost all its air (down to 3psi). I took that wheel back to the shop after explaining the situation and left it with them. When it was ready, I was told the valve was bad (I didn't have any issues with it previously but OK). They charged me another $35 which was surprising but OK. They loaded the wheel in the back of my car so unfortunately I didn't notice until I got home that they gouged my wheel all around the valve stem and on the edge of the rim. So at the end of the day, I spent twice as much as I normally do AND got a damaged wheel in return! Lesson learned - I will be going back to my usual place. I don't like leaving bad reviews but hopefully this helps someone else avoid a bad experience.
Horrible mechanic shop. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Took them over 3 months to figure out where a leak was coming from. Spend over $2100 and the leak was never fixed!! Still leaking till this day. Also from the low oil pressure and consistent oil leak problems the mechanic said it was okay to drive on ( I even have text messages proving all of this) now there are turbo problems and the vehicle does not start at all. They won’t take responsibility for anything. So I am going to go higher up to better business bureau and getting my money back somehow. Absolutely disgusting how this shop is still running. From a business owner myself it says alot! DO NOT BRING ANY OF YOUR VEHICLES HERE. I promise you they will screw you over.
Will not be returning here ever. Was told he could get the job done, when in reality he did not know what he was doing and still got me to pay for nothing.
