There is some room for improvement. Had my 330i taken here for some maintenance (tire swap, oil change, electrical problem) 1. Delays every time and reliability problems. Even with a pre-arranged 7am drop-off and same day pickup, my car was consistently delayed by 1 or 2 days. In one instance I had to leave work to get a rental car so I could go home by late night and make it to a 7am test the following morning. 2. Car left unlocked overnight. Through the MyBMW app I saw my car sat outside their shop all day, never made it inside (even with a 7am drop-off) and was then moved to the back lot, unlocked. Luckily I was able to lock it remotely. 3. Wrong lug nuts installed. Despite having clearly different tapers, they put the wrong set of lug nuts on my wheels. I had to go back again for them to fix their own mistake. 4. They lost my original wheel lock. This happened right after I returned to them to have the lug nuts corrected. 5. Two weeks of silence. I tried following up in person and by email for days. Nothing. Only after I bought a replacement lock myself did they finally reimburse me. 6. Electrical fix didn’t hold. A sensor wire repair worked at first but became intermittent again recently. Unfortunately I will not be taking my car back here. Do with this information what you will, and hopefully it helps you make a decision to bring your car here. Attention to detail and follow-through have some issues. Great service and prices tho! But the small things added up fast.
The service at BnB was very professional. The owner and his team are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to diagnosing problems with your vehicle. I have brought my car in which is a 2003 vw convertible and he took great care with her. I do recommend BnB Garage!!! Thanks Everyone Lloyd

I called Martin yesterday with a tire emergency. He was very accommodating on the phone and told me to come right away. Tire issue was fixed in under an hour. I found a new mechanic and will definitely be back. Great service and very knowledgeable staff.
Had a check engine light for a long time. Had brought my car to many garages for repair. None of the garages was able to permanently fix the issue. The dealer wanted to play a guessing game and change lots of parts in "hope" that one of the repairs fix it. I was almost ready to sell the car when I gave Built Not Bought a shot. They fixed. Turns out direct injected cars have a issue with junk building up in the engine and they used some sort and blaster machine to clean it all out. Problem is now solved and car runs like new. They are my life time shop
