We ordered Large mango slush with less ice, however we could hardly taste mango and was watered down. We have had this drink at various location but the one we had at Eastgate square, was the worst.
The staff here is very kind, attentive and efficient. I really enjoy all of the drinks but their Taro drink is by far my favorite. Definitely check out this place if you like bubble tea.
I would have given zero stars for the service. There were two girls working but none of them wanted to take the order. So, we had to wait 10-15 minutes at the counter. We were still patient as they could be busy. We finally placed the order and then got the size wrong for one of the drink. When we told the girl, there was no apology. She grabbed the drink, got the bag of carrots from the back. Started using them without washing or peeling off. I wonder how nobody checks on them. It’s a biggest no in food industry. QUALITY and customers service is all that matters to run a chain like this.
quite small & can get really crowded. one thing to note is that it's getting expensive, a small drink is pretty much the same price as a venti at starbucks. their mango is always sour and their employees are always sassy like chill girl it’s never that serious.
The manager was very rude and disrespectful. Out of nowhere he barged in telling me no we can't do this and that. If someone is simply new to your store you don't have to act like a know it all and be dismissive. Also the pineapple smoothie was mediocre and tasted like syrup. Very bad
Great service and good location (very close from entrance). One of the girl(I forgot her name) is very friendly and hard working. I love mango diamond slush and most of time I ordered from the app which comes very handy during my short lunch time.
We love bubble tea, but we didn't like the flavor here. It had a weird taste. We ordered Taro n Matcha. It was tasting awful. Giving 2 stars just coz there was only one girl working and she did her best. Otherwise it would have been 1 star.
