This shop often makes mistakes when taking orders or giving out the wrong drinks, because customers don't have receipts and don't know if the drink is theirs, so some people just take the wrong one and go
Go here all the time whenever I want a quick drink to pick me up on campus. The staff is always so kind and patient, and help you through your order if you are confused (usually the case with me). They are also very quick with the order and it's almost immediately ready. The location is also very neat and clean. There isn't a lot of sitting space at the location itself, but there are still a couple of small tables and chair benches. Ambiance and decor is also very pretty! Will continue coming back for more :))
Placed an uber order pick up. It did take a while for my order i ordered 20minutes before picking it up, and still had to wait another 5 minutes for my bubble tea. Overall nice place, very cute inside and simple.

The tapioca pearls are always fresh and chewy, and the drinks come out fast, even when it's busy. Perfect for a quick pick-me-up between classes
There was a really long hair stuck to one of the tapioca pearls, there was also something hard in the drink. I would plz check to make sure there is not other stuff going into the drink.
The workers try really hard to pump out orders despite long lines, and are especially kind. :) Shout out to the matcha drinks! tapioca peak chewiness too!
I’ve always had really good experiences at this location. All of the staff are super sweet and make the drinks super fast, it surprises me ever time how fast my drink is ready. It’s also a really nice study space with nice music
