Purchased 3 desserts, one being red velvet... I don't know how long that cake had been sitting in that case, but it was soooo DRY, not a miniscule of moisture in it. Whoever owns this location really should be checking the quality regularly. Swiss roll, also dry, the cake part that is, cream seems fine. Honey Basque cheese cake seems alright. Super disappointed as we were looking forward to having them when we got home.
by far my favourite hamilton bubble tea location. the employees never fail to get my order right and are always the sweetest people! conveniently located right next to my workplace so i'm here all the time :) keep up the great service ❤️❤️
I love chatime This location likes to turn OFF their OPEN sign WAY before closing time. I’m sure their owners don’t know that so this is my way of letting you know :)
First time at this location, second time ordering from Chattime in general and I had no idea what milk tea to get and the person at the counter recommended the brown sugar milk tea and omg it was so good. Really pleased with the recommendation and the location was very clean and well put together. Will be back. especially because it is so local to me.
Not please. Want it to try the extra large special to be told that they have been sold out for a week and that they are not doing anything for the customers.. this is call disiving advertisement for something that would not be offered.
Good amount of seats and tables. Friendly tearistas and cashiers. They have the promotional products. Location is in a nice plaza. They have a restroom
This location has a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are welcoming and there is a self order kiosk. I love their new matcha series drinks! I don't know when they removed the claw machine for the plushies, but it's been a while since I've come here. I decided to take advantage of their current back to school offer. I tried their milk tea smoothie and I love it!
