Always a great experience with delicious drinks and good monthly deals and a nice study space with some plugs/outlets available. Wi-Fi is also available.
Besides the welcoming lounge and café style interior, the staff here were great. Bella, the cashier that took my order, was very patient and attentive to my order as well as the people who ordered after me. If she hasnt yet, she needs to be promoted ?
I’m not sure if the person who made my drink was new or what but it tasted so off. I ordered a mango slush with reduced sugar which is arguably one of the easier drinks to make, but they gave me this overly sweet creamy mango drink instead. if you’ve ever had the mango slush before, you know it’s not a creamy drink at all. there were also huge chunks of ice in my drink.
Genuinely one of the worst locations. Ordered a latte and she didn’t hear it right and made tea and when I asked her I don’t want it (it wasn’t opened) she said can’t return or make another one. Truly unbelievable. This happened Monday Aug 4 at 1:09 pm PS- I love your brown sugar pearl latte, tastes divine!!
Waited a long time for one drink and there was only one worker that did everything. Also with the owner(assumed) not helping and just watched everyone in the cafe with dead eyes felt very intimidated. I didn’t enjoy this visit at all.
They've always been fast and accurate with my orders. I've been here a decent amount over the years and never had any complaints. Nice cozy vibes as well!
Very disappointing service. I know this is a good spot but service wise I am really disappointed. These people have no favour for thoes who actually in difficult situations. I was in Mac Master hospital with my son and I was hopeful that we r going home in 15 minutes but suddenly my son fainted and whole situation changed and stayed in the hospital. I called coco and inform about my situation, instead of understanding my situation and cancel my order or give me store credit or any other option they said we can't do anything. I mean seriously they have no sympathy for others and the shop who have no sympathy and feelings for other, I must say have no service at all. It's really disappointing and and next time I will never go there. It was happening on June 9th 2023
