The staff is friendly and nice and the peach green tea seasonal drink was fantastic. Definitely should recommend and also add on with coconut jelly and Boba pearls.
Talked to the manager. TJ be told that they sold out of cups two weeks ago. Than he change his mind and said a few days ago. And that no further special can be supplied with a different cups to equal the same special that was been offered this is call disiving advertisement (fake) advertisement
I placed an order for 2 drinks. One hot and one no ice. Unfortunately this location doesn’t have the large size warm drinks only regular. I was actually disappointed that the warm drink they didn’t fill it up to the top. My husband felt the cup it was I and said it felt light. I didn’t put the straw in yet, so he decided to open it from the side, to find out it was missing some of his drink. I dont know what happened there, but very disappointing for the price you pay, to get what you get..
Been to another location a few times and enjoyed it, this location is quite poor. After ordering, the two younger staff members spent 2 minutes yapping before starting the order, and managed to make the drink wrong as well. When I asked for it to be corrected, the older lady who I assume is a manager or supervisor made a big huff about it as if it’s a big burden to actually make a drink correctly. This location needs a re-train desperately. Judging by the recent reviews it isn’t an isolated incident.
This has always been my go-to Chatime location because they make my drink perfectly every time. Their customer service the other day just solidified this being my favourite location. I was shaking my drink to stir it up and it slipped out of my hand and spilled all over the floor. I told the girl working there what happened and she was kind enough to replace it for free. I was already disappointed I lost my drink and worried I'd have to pay for another one. She was very sweet and I really appreciated it. The staff at this location make the best drinks and they also have the best customer service ?
I ordered two drinks today at the Limeridge Mall for my wife and I. We've had the same drinks before in other locations and this time the milkteas tasted like water and the tapiocas were undercooked. I've addressed my concerns to the lady and she said there is nothing they can do about it and ask me to write a complain to Chatime. I was so frustrated so i ask them to toss my drink away instead. Not once they apologized and she also had a stuck up attitude. Will never come back here again
Staff could be a bit nicer. Customers usually don't appreciate the cashier rolling their eyes at them. But overall it's a good place considering its run by teenagers.
