I am super happy with my vehicle purchased from Wayne Auto World (in Caledonia)! They were so supportive and accommodating to me requesting for a last minute test drive- after hours on a Wednesday evening. After that, they even worked their magic to have my vehicle completely ready for pick up on Friday afternoon!! I know we can all get so busy so quickly- so it was amazing that they were even able to have it ready BEFORE the weekend! My car feels safe, cozy and reliable- which I am so thankful for during this uncertain weather. So I just got my first vehicle from here. I worked with Mark and I don't have the greatest credit. The original car I was after didn't work out but he was able to help me secure something even better. He gave me constant communication and walked me through everything with great detail. He also worked around my hours. Overall Mark made my purchasing experience a great one. Definitely would recommend.
Everything went so fast. I told him which car I wanted last week on a Monday, and he called me Wednesday to tell me that my car is ready. He explained everything to me when purchasing the car. He didn't leave out a single detail. He even went out of his way to tell me the good, the bad, and the ugly about the car before I bought it.
