Lovely Auto spoiled me. I never dreamt I'd know the luxury of a heated steering wheel. Everyday, I am discovering more to love about my "new" '22 Civic Touring. Harb and Angud treated me great, even through a week's problems getting my funds released. A week into my Civic, the dash began flashing warning messages about multiple issues (brakes, cameras, starting on an incline, too many long messages to be true). When I saw Honda had a new recall I visited a Honda dealership (now waiting for a part on an unrelated steering issue/recall reason). When I described the crazy warning alarms, while there, they suggested, if the car still has its original battery, that could be the cause. Later, back at Lovely Auto, Harb was quick to help and booked me in for a quick battery analysis. The battery checked out "GREAT" on their scope. The crazy warning alarms only happened that one time. Not since? When the "steering part" is received and I get back for the recall, maybe we'll learn more. In the meanwhile, if you need a new ride, I promise you Lovely Auto is gonna treat you well. Let me tell you just how WONDERFUL these kind folks are. I’m freshly divorced with the awful credit rating that comes with it. They were able to get me financed with a reasonable down payment and incredibly affordable by weekly payments. About 2 months after purchasing the wagon, the sunroof got stuck fully open!! I called them in a panic! He answered his phone while on an airplane!! He promised me , soon as he got back to the shop on Thursday, he’d squeeze me in right away. I got it in, Saturday morning he called me up! It’s fixed !! Took them about 2 hrs labour! He said “no charge “ just come and get it!! They are ABSOLUTELY wonderful people! They have made a customer of me for life!! I would highly recommend anyone credit challenged or otherwise to check them out! You won’t be sorry!!
Got a recommendation from a friend to come to this place. My friend’s family purchased multiple cars here and they’ve been working fine, I personally don’t know anything about cars so I’m trusting my friend and lovely auto for this one. I’ve only been driving for a few days but this mini drives nicely!

Went on on a Saturday to buy a vehicle. Sold is one that had a "safety" but couldn't get a hold of there mechanic. Took it as is like an idiot and I now have a 2400 lawn ornament.
