If you're like me and are suspicious of used car salesmen then do yourself a favour and visit Peachwood Motors. I was in the market for a vehicle for a weekly commute of approximately 1000km. After visiting a couple of websites Peachwood Motors had the exact vehicle I was interested in earlier this year and I stopped by their lot in Stoney Creek. Kal is one of only two car salesmen I've met in 38 years of driving who I consider honest beyond reproach. When he says he's going to do something to make the purchase as easy and worry free as possible for you please accept him at his word, at least that's been my experience all throughout the buying process and now 5 months into after-the-sale customer care. My vehicle had relatively low mileage, a clean history and Kal provided me with the service records and history of the vehicle. Before listing the vehicle for sale Peachwood had certified it, performed a safety check and done some extra maintenance work on the vehicle including a complete set of new brakes. There were a couple of issues I requested Kal to address before finalising the purchase including a faulty heated seat core. This was not a small undertaking for Kal & Peachwood as getting the right part proved challenging and considerable expense but Kal was able to supply and install the correct seat heater. Due to the considerable distance the vehicle was going to travel each weekday I purchased a comprehensive after-market warranty package at additional cost. It requires due diligence on the owner's part to maintain the warranty in good standing but to date there's been no complaints and everything seems easy. A couple of small issues have occurred since and Kal has provided an exceptionally stellar level of customer service. If Peachwood Motors doesn't have the vehicle you're looking for on their lot they have the resources to search it for you. Without reserve or hesitation, I would strongly recommend Peachwood Motors to any prospective buyer looking for a quality pre-owned vehicle and Kal is a testament to how everyone likes to be treated when looking to purchase a vehicle. In fact, I think Kal has more than earned my trust and when I'm ready to replace my current vehicle he should expect to have my repeat business moving forward. I wanted to wait awhile to make sure everything was good with the car, it's been a year and there have been absolutely zero problems with my car I bought from Kal. He is genuine and helpful. HE knows his stuff about the process and the vehicles, and does everything he can to get you exactly what you want. He also does his best to make sure you can get any add ones you want, like rims for winter tires and other accessories. Great experience. If and when I need another vehicle, I will definitely be going to Kal.
Scammer beware!! Bought a car here in March, had many hidden problems and dealer was not honest. Thank God the car is out of my hands, had the car for only 3 months and had costly repairs amounting to over 6k. Would not recommend this place, avoid at all cost!
We had a great experience at Peachwood Motors and with Kal. We unfortunately had to purchase a car last minute due to a reckless person running an intersection and writing off my wifes car. After 6 weeks of fighting with insurance who kept ghosting us, we decided we couldn't wait any longer and needed to go out and buy something. We looked around and Kal by far gave us the best service and price. The sale itself went smoothly and the car was in sparkling condition when we received it. A couple of days after receiving it we did end up with a sensor warning light that came on, so we contacted Kal and he came to my wifes workplace and picked it up the next day and had it fixed immediately then dropped it back off, so that it didn't inconvenience us. We also got a chance to talk with the mechanics and they were super friendly and helpful. Even though there were some sensor hiccups, Kal took care of it immediately and made sure that it didn't inconvenience or negatively affect us in any way, he was also very apologetic and worked with us to make it right. Overall it was a great experience and I recommend Peachwood Motors to anyone looking for an affordable car and a good experience.
