The wiring was faulty on the car starter causing the damage. It’s an easy Google on a faulty after market car starter to see the true story and what happened. We will let the complaints procedure decide. Their response to it all speaks volumes on their customer service. Beware, only kind until you have an issue. Terrible customer service with questions and concerns.
I've been a customer at Arze Auto for a few years now as are several members of my family and I've always been more than satisfied with the service I've received. They are friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. I was recently involved in an accident and my car was totalled, so of course I turned to Arze for a replacement car. The service I received was once again of high quality. I've had my "new" car for a couple of weeks now and I'm very pleased with it. The car was in excellent condition with relatively low mileage for a 2012. Akef worked especially hard at getting me back on the road as quickly as possible. As usual it was a pleasure to deal with the people who work at Arze and I will definitely be referring them to anyone who is in need of either repair work or purchasing a good car. Was going to look at a car sales rep told me to hurry up, and that I had to be there by 430 because it was Friday and he wanted to go home early. I told him to forget it in which he proceeded to tell me I'd wasted his day. If you're waiting around all day for 1 customer, and with an attitude like that, obviously I made the right decision to pass.
Just bought a SUV from Arze auto service. He was absolutely amazing. I did not have to do anything. Everything was done for me. I just drove away in my new car. I would recommend Arze auto.
