Hmm, so a 0 star review isn't possible. Had to wait 3 weeks for a refund on something that was never even shipped becauseI realized was the wrong colour and cancelled immediately after ordering it. I had to call, leave voicemails, send emails and then eventually contacted the fraud department in my bank after they said it was suspicious behaviour from this company. Terrible experience with this company and obtaining a refund.
Placed an order 4 weeks ago for personalized ribbons and they said it will be delivered in 2 weeks. Two weeks went by and no delivery, after calling them they promised it will be delivered in the 3rd week and nothing came! Here we are on wedding day and thats when they arrive when its too late. Pathetic service and no refund issued for their incompetence. Rude staff as well who yells over the phone, wish we could give them 0 star. I would highly suggest everyone to stay away and find a different company.
Terrible experience, not timely and are not on top of orders. I ordered shower favours and didn't hear anything about shipping date and followed up. I was told by the manager not to worry the shipment should be received in one to two days. Again I heard nothing back and called again was now told they haven't been shipped by the supplier and that he had made a mistake and confused orders when he told me the first date. He also indicated he would call to confirm when he heard back from the supplier. He never called to confirm so I called back again(!) and was told they should arrive next week, that's three days before my event. Will never use this business again!!
I ordered fans online because our wedding is outside, they turned out to be really nice. They were delivered super quickly as well!!!
I have placed two different orders with this company now and both of my orders were incorrect. My first order was shorted off the items I ordered. The second order I placed was mispelt. The staff here is not helpful at all and very rude. I understand that mistakes can be made, but if it continues happening, it is not a mistake, it is just carelessness. Will never order from this company again.
