Large store that is organized and we'll laid out. Usually a great selection of items to choose from. On occasion they might not have something but most times they do. Parking is free and abundant. Your usually not walking far to get to the store. Even when it's busy your still not parking far. The only negative point is that it can be hard to find a staff to help you. The problem with all large stores.
Canadian store is OK.. huge selection but staff could be a heck of a lot friendlier. The odd person will help you find what you need IF they are in a decent mood.Canadian tire AUTO SHOP / MECHANIC CENTER is a R-I-P-O-F-F!!!!We were quoted $1,100 for a job (PLUS labor and tax) so we saved our money and asked elsewhere for a second opinion..THANK GOD WE DID!! Our new mechanic completed the work on our car for... take a seat folks... $480 !!! INCLUDING tax & labor! BYE BYE CANADIAN TIRE AUTO SERVICES.. YOU SUCK!
I told them that my car is 2013 Corolla but I was not quite sure whether it's LE or CE model, and asked them to check the actual size of my wheel. Finally, they installed me 4 wheels that would fit neither LE or CE!Impressive!I feel they just did not have the right size on stock but wanted to sell me the tires. So just installed whatever size they have that would not bring an instant trouble. This is so ridiculous that I'd never seen in my whole life. I will report it and see how they are going to deal with it.
I was there yesterday to get a replacement hose for my kitchen sink after being recommended there (and one other place) by the staff at the Main and Victoria location. The lady who helped me said the Main Street location shouldn't have sent me there since they didn't have the part but told me to hang on, and that she would double check the back. Amazingly they did have the part I was looking for, saving me from another trip.Think her name was Louise, she was my lifesaver, will be coming down to this location more often. The staff I've dealt with have been great. Thank you a million times over Louise
Clean store fast service at the service counter. Likely due to a long time employee working there. The staff will assist and suggest when asked.Lots of parking, fully accessible and usually have stock thats listed on the website.
