The young man who helped me in the paint dept was very helpful. I wasn't expecting much help from the staff at Canadian Tire based on past experiences but I received a great deal of help planning my room and getting everything I needed to do it. I wish I caught his name but good job today!
Stopped in to get a few fishing lures and a fishing license. Operator#22 sorry didn't catch her name, young girl black hair was fantastic. Very confidant, extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions, was very expedient and super personable. Canadian tire should be very proud to have an employee that is that proficient, knowledgeable and friendly at her job. Thanks to her I left very satisfied with a smile on my face and very quickly. Great job!!
Good store well organized and clean. Some of the staff are great. Some of the staff do not have enough experience to provide any help determining how to use what Canadian Tire sell.
Worst customer service for Automotive. Instead of trying to find a solution with options on how to get my car looked at. They shrug and let a customer go to figure out everything themselves. Not everyone is available 9-5. I know they may have a key drop box, but they did not suggest it. Just refused service. One time they refused service for my car that broke down in their(!) parking lot, but on another side of the store. They suggested to pay for a tow truck to move the car 50 meters to the garage. You guys need to improve customer service. It was terrible twice now.
I called this location no more than 5 minutes ago. Looking to get my car's oil changed and I I was inquiring about the cost. I spoke with somebody at service and my call including going through the menu prompts lasted a total of 36 seconds. I asked the the gentleman that answered the phone how much an oil change costs at their location. He answered and advised how much it was taxes in said and done. as he answered my question and was very helpful I replied with a thank you and he replied with thank you have a great day before hanging up the phone. Just because I am price conscious does that mean that I'm not going to book an appointment? Loving the Canadian Tire location in my hometown of Aylmer Ontario I thought that this would be a easy choice in that I did not have time to do it myself and I was looking for a quick alternative. This CSR didn't even give me the opportunity to ask about the availability to book an appointment nor did he even give me the opportunity to say goodbye before hanging up the phone. Needless to say I will not be choosing to visit this locations service center...
