Finally got my spirit wear gear two months after I ordered it. Zero communication about time lines, and I had to email multiple times, call multiple times and dropped by once to discover they knew nothing about my order. Finally got it two months later after I threatened to demand a refund. I do not recommend and will never order from here again.
Mike and his team are kind, accommodating and make great quality products that last. Our family has ordered from them via our school for years. We made an error on sizing for our latest order, which was our mistake. Mike went out of his way to help us out. It is such a pleasure to give our business to a family business that cares so much about what they do - thank you!
I ordered the jerseys of my softball team in Summer 2023. The entire summer passed by and the owner never called me to update me on the jerseys. I was always the one calling. Everytime I called the shop, the owner's mom would answer, she's a lovely lady but she doesn't know anything about the orders. By our very last softball game of the season, I called and left a message saying that I wanted a refund. There was no point on having jerseys made that nobody was going to wear anymore. The owner called back saying that it wasn't his fault how the situation had developed. Go figure. And he got so angry over the phone that he started yelling at me. Yes, yelling. Mind you, I never yelled at him, or insulted him, I always tried to explain to him that I needed the money back for my teammates. They never got their jerseys, so the money should be refunded. Boy, he really refused to that. I don't know how I was the one to blame on that, but apparently I was the one to blame during all the yelling he did. That whole interaction ruined it for me. I will never buy from him again, and don't recomend that you do. He seems to be always so busy by bigger orders (schools and stores) that he'll overlook yours if he considers them too small to care.
I travel from beamsville to see Mike because I know the job will get done properly. I’ve been coming for years for name bars on jerseys which is always quick and back by our next game which is so important. This summer we had some sponsors put on our soccer jerseys and wow they turned out amazing! Now back into hockey season and Mike has already name barred 5 teams for me with another added on this week. He’s been so great to work with whether it be keeping me organized or double checking names numbers. My next purchase will be some DTF transfers for me to make up some items for our hockey coaches. I’m excited to try that. Always a pleasure dealing with Mike and recommend anyone coming to see him!

Personalized service every time. They will not try to sell you something you don't need just to make a buck. That's why they have returning customers like me. I started shopping there about 15 years ago, and i bought a number of things there from clothes, bike supplies, bike and our next more is side-by-side as soon as the new one comes in. Never fear, they service everything on site. It's a 5 star Yamaha dealership so it's easy for me to also give them 5 stars.
