Amazing service! Sarah helped us pick out trekking shoes and backpacks for our trip to do the CaminodeSantiago, and she was incredible. She took the time to explain the differences between brands, made sure everything fit perfectly, and never rushed us. We left feeling confident and well-prepared for our trip. Highly recommend this store—and Sarah!

Wow. Walked in to the store yesterday because I was in the area and wanted to see if they carried a specific Yeti product. No customers in the store and the guy behind the counter could not have worked harder to avoid making eye contact with me or asking me if I needed help with anything. Needless to say I left without buying anything. I’ve been in there a few times in the past but that type of treatment is the kind of thing that ensures I won’t be back.
Staff here are super nice. I came in today with an odd request and they jumped to help me. Very appreciated! Next adventure I need outfitting for, I know where I'll go.
I can’t say enough good things about this store. I’ve been trying for months to find the right hiking boot for an upcoming multi-day trek and hadn’t been successful at other stores or buying online. A friend recommended this store and I’m so grateful. I had tried one size on but wanted to try one size up just to be sure and they didn’t have the larger size so ordered it in for me to test out. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Will be a loyal shopper from now on.
Incident happened Dec 31, 2024. Returned a raincoat which I purchased for my wife for Christmas. Was hoping to just change sizes. They did not have the size needed but we found another brand with a sticker price of 189.00 as well as 225.00. I brought this to the employees attention and she refused to honour the lower price as required by law. Needless to say I refunded the original purchase and left. I have 2 more incidents from previous years which I will share later. I have not shared them previously because I like the store so much and I didn’t want to.
Great staff. I purchased a Bruce Trail poster, and without having to ask I was kindly informed of other Bruce Trail maps / books that are available in store.
